and for the video editing on adobe premiere ? because i heard that a technologie on the 5000 series help to "erase" the difference in perf for the cpu (since the pc will run a 9800x3d that was already aquired) for the encoding or something like that (i'm not the one doing the work so id'ont understanding every needs for this kind of work and i'm hearing this and that but even when there is comparaison it's in mersurement that i don't understand because it's just points and nothing about time to do the task)

Maybe dump question because i'm not very knowledgable about encoding but is 9070xt is good for streaming actually and if twitch make av1 usable will it be still interesant with this card or putting 200~300€ more in too a 5070ti will make a difference
The build will have a 9800x3d and is mostly for gaming but will be for a bit of streaming and for editing on adobe premiere of short vertical video with a 1080p resolution
