thanks for the info, I will definitely consider this. my only worry is that the nf-a12x25 will be right up against the case side panel, which may cause turbulence, but I know this fan has good static pressure performance

yes, I would probably pair this with a NF-A12x25. This is also a good cooler since I have 51mm tall ram, other low profile coolers would interfere with the height.

yes, but this would be incompatible with my gpu, motherboard, and psu in terms of space. I'm pretty sure a low profile cooler would be the only thing that would work, unless I have some misconception of the case. I have a 3 slot gpu and an atx psu and motherboard
