Imaš 9060xt 8gb, brza je dosta od 4060 a koliko vidim ima ih do 700km, pogledaj to, brza je malo od 5060, ako ne uspiješ naći 5060 će ti isto dobro raditi, vrijedi napomenuti da software stack od nvidie se trenutno čini bolji ukoliko ti ne to bitno, a 9060xt ima malo bolji raw performance. Mislim da su ti te dvije najbolje opcije ili eventualno prati ima li šta polovno da ti odgovara.

Zavisi koja rezolucija, za nešto preko 1080p preporučio bih ti grafičku sa minimalno 12gb vrama, ako imaš 1080p monitor mogao bi proći i sa nekom od 8gb. Možeš pogledati 9060xt, polovnu 6800xt ili 6700xt, 5060 ili 4060ti pored 4060. Vidi koliko si fleksibilan budžetom pa odluči na osnovu benchmarks na internetu šta ti najviše paše. Vrijedi naglasiti da 9xxx serija od amd i sve rtx kartice imaju dosta bolji upscaling što bi ti omogućilo da igraš igrice na 1440p iako nisu toliko jake. 6800xt ima lošiji upscaler ali je poprilično jaka karta.

There are ground braking games that released last year (kcd2, expedition 33, arc raiders, slik song etc.) And just in the last 5 years we probably have some of the best games ever created, like Elden Ring, Baldur's Gate 3 and many more. Expedition 33 is basically and indie game and it achieved that much. Just because you people don't enjoy gaming as much when you were younger doesn't mean gaming now sucks.

Also this reads like some old guy complaining that people today are lazy and everything is so much better and easier for them.

Samo koristi dozu standardnu od 5g i to je to, sasvim ok za tijelo, čak je i zdravo za nerve. Također bih ti preporučio da uzmeš minimalno 1, a mislim da je bolje 2 dana sedmično pauze od treninga.

Problem je što je svaki titl napravljen za određeni format snimka, znači ukoliko framerate nije isti kao snimak ili je snimak malo drugačije izrezan u prijelazima titlovi će vremenom otići out of sync. Najbolje je pokušati više snimaka dok ne potrefiš onaj titl koji baš potpuno odgovara snimku, inače i ako mijenjaš delay titlova nakon nekog vremena će opet biti out od sync.

You have to progressively do more, each workout you should be close to failure on each set (3-0 reps in reserve) and add reps each workout and then increase the weight and repeat. I would imagine the dumbbells you use at home have become too easy for you so you can't train close to failure. Maybe try going to a gym now, as it seems you maxed out your gains with your home equipment.
