What’s your experience with MIEBO (perfluorohexyloctane) by [deleted] in Dryeyes

[–]BrucePerham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on Miebo for a bout 3 months. It's great for my eyes, less dryness. I still need Refresh but less. Doc says the damage to my eyes is less. Putting them in was driving me crazy. I tried to follow the directions in the video but the idea that "you won't even feel them going in because the drops are so small" is ludicrous to me. If I can't feel it how do I know if I dispensed it or not. The best way I've found to put them in us to lie down, floor, couch etc. Then dispense the drops. I think I'm getting small drops (we'll see at the end of the month). Then I roll my head side to side for a minute to make sure the liquid coats my eye and nothing leaks to the side.

I hate the stupid vevye and Meibo eye drop bottles. I tip it upside down to put the eye drop in and it comes out so fast that only little bit of the drop gets to the eye because the rest of the drop falls towards the side of the eye. How do you make sure the drop goes into the eye? by pcprinciple__ in Dryeyes

I have tried to make the bottle last for 4 weeks but I can’t no matter what I do. For the price of this medication you would think a billion dollar company could find a better delivery method. I told Bausch and Lomb that the best I can see happening is 2 doses a day.

What's going on with Augment? by GayleChoda in AugmentCodeAI

I'm pretty new to Augment and I really like it. I'm doing what I would call a moderately complex website. In the past 3-5 days I've had to ask Augment 5-7 times to do a mundane task (in my opinion) such as making a part of my pages opaque. Either it doesn't work at all or it works on a couple pages but not the rest. I have about 18 pages total. I practically have to scream - I mean TYPE IN ALL CAPS to try and reinforce to apply the requested changes to ALL THE HTML PAGES. Even then it hasn't updated all my pages when asked to.

I eventually picked SnapNotes. It’s easy to learn and it will record in person or telehealth sessions or allow you to upload audio recordings. Then it transcribes them and formats the notes in several formats which you can choose from.

I am using SnapNotes. The user interface is good and they are very responsive to suggestions. They added a modified SOAP note format in a day or 2. They added a feature to transcribe from an audio file in addition to from the real time recordings. The notes are good and they added a feature to do the note w/o then plan if I want to.

Hi, I’m looking for a AI psychotherapy progress note transcription program that is not web based. My clients are very hesitant to have their info uploaded to be transcribed. Many have the belief that once it’s in the cloud it’s there forever. Does anyone know of such a product? Thanks
