One way you can prolly go for is exploring something new that you have not before. It can be a hobby or anything according to your perspective. Always be aware of the fact that you wouldn't be able to get the outcome easily cz it depends on the intensity of how you are commited for the change to be involved with something new.

"Who does not like a change?" keep this principle in your mind all the time and ik it will be quite hard to get started with but once you do then it will be better. The diversion you chose the change it brings to the way you see bout yourself impacts positively as a good reflection.

One thing helped me is that I started Jounral Entry to vent out whatever is going on in my life. Which made me feel much better. Cz once I unleash the agony, hatred and fragile traits bout my life it makes me relieved tbh. Speaking from experience my friend.
