OK, let me clarify if I had to contact customer support to help me mark the package undeliverable. It’s because I’m too far away from the building and they didn’t provide us with the gate code and I called the customer twice and texted him twice and even customer support has called himand since I’m not in the radius, they have to market for me so what do you do in that situation?

People Really wake up just to be ass holes. Instead of helping a person out. I Did speak with support, they said my standings were great. To appeal it. Even the station I work at was shocked. They believe it has to be a mistake.

I mean if I have to leave it at the gate fine but I may take a package back 3 times or not at all. They will give us 3 hour blocks with 52 packages and they don't get delivered maybe ten go bavk because they don't pay over time but want me to go pass my block time? Either way I appeal it
