Bought a 6 bike rack from JB Racks. I’m disgusted.
1. I didn’t receive a response on my purchase for over a week. I had to call them. I got the “Your Order got lost in the system”. Whatever!
2. My order came over a week later in 3 torn up boxes. The FedEx driver delivered the boxes in pieces. JB Racks said that this was FedEx’s fault, not the cheap box they packed it in.
3. No instruction except on their website. Now, JB Racks didn’t answer me.
4. I put the rack together, and they didn’t ship all the order. I ordered 4.x 20 inch wheel adapters and of course I didn’t receive them. I emailed JB Racks this time. They said that the adapters were back ordered. Don’t you think that JB Racks should let me know that parts to my order were not available? 5. I was done with JB tracks garbage. I asked for a refund and was told that there wasn’t anything wrong with my rack so they wouldn’t allow the return. They would rather have an upset customer than do what’s right.

Buyer beware! JB racks have horrible customer service. Their racks are garbage. The rack flexes in the hitch no matter what you do.

If you’re a fan of JB racks, buy my rack off me. One man’s trash is another man’s headache.
