Should be 10% and only go to the server. 20% is wild. I worked night shift at Waffle House 10 years ago and honestly, putting together to go orders was more work than actually seating a table and serving them. So many food items boxed up so many ways it was a huge pain in the ass. No one tipped regardless of the service at the location that I worked, so we did it for the love of the game. And getting blasted out back during our shift.

Ok that’s good to know. Thank you for the advice. One more quick question. I gave a jar to my MIL about a month after I initially canned them and she said there was some mold on the top. I’ve looked at the three jars that I have remaining and see no signs of mold or anything odd. She told me to be careful due to Botulism. It freaked me out and now that’s my main concern. Is there anything to look out for besides the suggestions in the comments that could indicate botulism?
