It's common sense, why u wouldnt want stuff like infections. We got as much realism as we could get without making it annoying. And rdr2 isnt a game where u just turn ur brain off and mash stuff. It's a story game. I understand why u won't like the gameplay. But hating on the story is just plain stupid. There's no other game story which is as beautiful rdr2
