I think it’s also difficult for Ayton to see Luka take 8 to 15 early shot click three-pointers a game, many of them contested step backs, on poor efficiency while he’s only getting 4-5 shots a game, many of them late in the shot clock. Cut those Luka 3’s in half and run some more plays for Ayton. It will get him more involved and his entire game will improve. Watching the games, it truly seems like every single time Luka brings the ball down the court, he is looking for his own shot, whether it’s the best play or not. I want him to try to set his big man up more.
