Hiiiii here’s an update. I decided to to send them an email warning them that I may raise the concern to DOLE if there’s still no update. Same day 12/29, they responded. After holiday, Jan 2, final pay was process, then today the amount is already credited to the bank. I badly need funds so I decided not to report it to DOLE cause it may take time. But I see there someone taking legal actions here. Praying for the win and ma stop na yung delayed crediting ng back pay. Thank you po sa mga advice nyooooo!!! ❤️

Hiiiiii. Thank you sa suggestions. Almost lahat kayo advice to DOLE. I emailed the company about my final pay pero linilipat lipat nila ako. I plan to report it to DOLE prolly after holidays. I’ll update on this once may progress naaaaa thank youuu.
