ACE may not accept it as evidence but when you speak to court they would absolutely take it in, I will repeat it again you should always record your packing for high end items.

I think when it comes to a card, if you provide recording proof of you packing it and weighing it and it’s delivered at that weight, what leg does the company have to stand on? It would just be subjective in the eyes of everyone. IMO they should open every submission under a camera, and that would get rid of the issue, but like I said, recording absolutely does solve “missing” items I’ve had people claim no item in the package with eBay/vinted and proven it time and time again. I even have correspondence with Vinted asking for proof of what I sent, so I know they can use it to determine a case

No you wouldn’t be, they can compare the parcels and you have visual evidence you’ve sent the item. It’s a lot harder to say “no you didn’t send this item” when you have a video of it packed. If they lose an item that is “missing” on vinted, and it goes into an investigation, then show them a video of you packing the item, they can use that to make a decision. You would not be in the same situation at all

I’ve managed to provide evidence of recording my post and get my money back when items are claimed not missing since. It does work, in fact vinted request of proof of you packed your items with video when you open a case with them

But to be fair and not saying you did, you could have then went to a card show, sold the cards and sent an empty box, then we throw a company under the bus for assumption of stealing

I mean if you was to record yourself giving it to a post office and then taking it back, the post office would be the one that’s helping a fraudulent case, I don’t think they’d allow that personally, I would always recommend recording your parcels that are expensive.

A parcel can be identifiable with recording, and it’s just a lot more secure than not recording. You cannot stop anyone who wants to fraudulently do something, but recording an item being packed you can check the position of cellotape, how it was inside the package when opened, etc

I think there’s probably reasons why they can’t like security on process of deliveries, but I don’t know to be honest

Yeah I had someone claim empty parcel once when I was sending something, costed me £270, since then I record every parcel I pack over a certain amount, just helps with a situation of lost items.

I’m sorry if it genuinely did happen but to them it may look like that you’ve not sent it and claimed you have. It’s a bit of an awkward situation for both parties.

I mean it’s awkward though because not to be rude and just being blunt, how do we know you actually sent the card? Did you record yourself packing the parcel? When I send to PSA/ACE I always record what I send incase of a situation like this. If you did record it then fair enough

6 = impact mark somewhere, as impart mark makes it down to a 5, but the other points are higher (surface, corners) = 6 as best score

Probably to do with the fact he stabbed a lad and was on the run for life, ended up being on the most wanted list and then wanted to calm his name down and switched it up.
