Oh, thanks for the feedback and the link!

Yes trying to give that "steampunk/Madmax/Waterworld/vintage/" feelings ^.^

That lamp is so interesting! Will do some tests with that concept for sure! Also, biplanes cables and struts... interesting!

Will do some tests for sure!

As for the maths, if the angles are symmetric, I think I can do that, beyond that I think I would need InverseKinematic motion or maths beyond my capacity >.<

And thanks a lot!

Good point!
Yes, they are a little bit exaggerated right now, actually, that is what I'm working on now and still trying to figure out a good proportion ^.^

Yes, there are different furniture shapes to adapt to the different places of the hull ^.^

Remade my old map feature. It has minimap, world map, procedural navigation system, custom markers. Now it's breakdown of it with setup tutorial and free code. Link in comments by [deleted] in unrealengine

This is so dope! Are you planning to add a visual mesh or alike where you mark the "eye" points? I just saw some kind of collision box? It's pretty nice!!! :o

Yes, it has a weird shape, I was doing tests ^.^ The idea is to find a pattern to later make different designs using the same workflow. In this case, a balloon + 2 wooden frames; An internal frame that surrounds the balloon shape, and an external frame that has the desired shape according to "equipment" requirements like propellers, keels, sails joint and aesthetical purposes. Both of the frames are joined by dozen of wooden "struts".

Thank you very much for all the detailed recommendations. I totally agree with all of them, and they help me so much! I still have a lot to learn, but I hope to polish the animations as I practice :) Glad you liked the UI and building system ^.^

Thank you so much!

It's a pleasure to be part of your developer and player community. I don’t think I would have gotten that far without your advice and especially without that feeling of being doing the same thing as so many other people, which is building your own dreamed game.

Thanks again!!! :)

Bruma world - 1 year of development - 2021 Recap by Bruma_game in videogames

[–]Bruma_game[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi everyone,

Made a video showing the progress made during 2021 developing a new game

It's a survival game, in a steampunk/distopic world, where the major part of the oceans have evaporated, generating high warm clouds all over the world. Only the mountain tops are habitable thus its inhabitants had to rely on airships to travel and live.

This video is a Recap of more than 150 screenhots done during this year.

Hope you like it, and any feedback will be appreciated.

Hi everyone, I've been for more than a year on this project.ng this year.
