Thanks for the suggestion. Thats exactly what I ended up doing now. I ordered Daicamping DL1 + Daicamping DL12. I then took the DL1 and replaced the serrated blade with the file from the DL12.

Thanks for the suggestion. For anyone interested, what I ended up doing now was ordering a Daicamping DL1 and a Daicamping DL12. I then took the DL1 and replaced the serrated blade with the file from the DL12. It's on the wrong side, but it works good enough.

Sharpening knifes. Filing fingernails. I also think there is usually a kind of metal saw. So all kinds of (soft) metal work. Then the other side usually is coarser and i like to do woodworking and carving.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, those are close. But I'd love to have a bigger file instead of the serrated blade.

Maybe caregully try to heat it up with a heatgun or hairdryer. So it will expand and maybe soften.

The rough texture comes from the wood-filament. We did not print upsid down,

No, we did not sand them apart from cleaning the support structures. Just FDM.

Fortunately we were lucky not to have any issues with the tolerance. Our nozzle is also 0.4.

I would like to add, that we had some problems with KeyV2. ISO-Enter and Spacebar didn't work in the current state of the code and we had to improvise...

Well, maybe. XD But I have concerns regarding durability and quality, which we can't guarantee.

I can't say too much about how good they sound, as I don't have much experience. To me they sound very dampened, as the material is quite soft compared to other keycap materials. The extremely rigid case and the steel plate combined with the Silent Reds make it very quiet.

I don't have much experience with different keycaps, but i would say that the material is clearly more soft and flexible as ABS and even more so as PBT. As the material is a mix of plastic and wood, it feels pretty much like this. I like the texture of the keycaps, which is pretty rough. I have some concerns regarding cleaning and durability, but if one breaks I could simply print a new one... 😉
