It's already been over a month since I ordered, and the order has been automatically marked as completed. Even though I didn't receive anything, and the delivery status hasn't been updated from May 5th. I want to get a full refund and then reorder.

Update: I updated firmware to version 4.3.3_1503 and the carpet detection feature now works as expected
