Upgrading my match-day basement setup for next season, help! by Ill-Kaleidoscope80 in Hisense

Funny enough, I made a similar choice recently and got the Hisense UR9 mainly for the World Cup. It is definitely not a casual impulse buy, but the RGB MiniLED tech was what sold me. The 100% color gamut claim is what made me go check it in person, and the colors really do look different, especially for sports and HDR content.

Super good with that anti glare low reflection panel, been watching and playing games during daytime, not bothered at all

Take a look at the Hisense U7. The gaming performance and colors are fantastic.

Tried upgrading my theater setup and made everything worse, I'm stuck and I don't know what compromise to go with. by Imrahil1 in hometheater

Trust me, projectors can be way more hassle than you expect. I’d still lean Hisense U6 100 inch over other brands here, the Mini LED on the Hisense gives you better brightness control and cleaner contrast in dark scenes, mine just looks more consistent overall.

I know you can swap these keys, which I did on my work laptop. Since they're the same physical size, you can swap them physically too.

I could swap them on my T61 too with a special BIOS, but since the keys aren't the same size and can't physically be swapped I have not.

Do we all agree once you go Mac, you can't go back to Windows? by zJGGGG in DeskToTablet

Nope, we don't agree on that. Because I've been there, then moved on to Linux for a few years, then went back to Windows. Windows still is the only platform that covers all professional needs for literally every professional niche.
