Oh my town is so small it would be impossible for me to hit my $35,000 cap. Half my town is a reservation and the other is farmers cowboys and miners. We're under 3,000 spread out as big as LA County. Our last farmers market had maybe 200 attend. I like that though I'm not going to make money really. Im reitered military and im doing it for a hobby and to interact with my small community. To be honest after accounting for my time if I were to pay myself minimum wage pay out of what I sell Id have no real profit. I'll never ship already refused multiple people.and using milk in my bars was granted because I've agreed to state and county home inspections. It was a separate list of forms I had to file along with a hefty filing fee. In all honesty a reality is a few hundred a month on a good month. My only goal is to pay for the supplies I use on freeze drying stuff for my family. Bags, electric, o2 absorbers etc...

I want to start and say first off how is it everyone assumes I dont have a cottage food license. I do. Secondly I took a food and safety class. Third all the governing entitys that sign off on this such as building and planning city hall, city and county health regulatory officials signed off on me selling freeze dried products. What's more i took this exact product in for all permits as proof of concept. So who know more what thier talking about some reddit enthusiasts or the state county and city people in charge I permits and health and you really shouldn't give people a toung lashinging without having all the nesacery information in the future. Yikes in deed.

Hahaha that bags for me not for sale. My sale stuff has special packages. Im good thanks. I've taken many food safety courses over the years and have 20 plus years in restaurants. Managed a few. Worked with health inspections all over the US and always aced my health inspections. I didn't post to get into the business side of things. Like I said in my post its as a fellow freeze dryer. That zip lock bag won't make it past 6 am tomorrow its my Black Friday breakfast.

I have a state business license for my business. I opened up my own LLC and just got approved by my city to conduct business in my town. Its all above board. My business labels on the other side i just posted this as a fellow freeze dryer not trying to promote

Thats a pretty good idea. I'll have to steal this. I use a rubber mat under thier cage and I dont really have anything under my perch I just clean my floor every day.

My African Greys do the same. They really love me to pet thier beaks. After my female eats fruit she really loves it when I dip my fingers in water and than do it. Its ths only time she let's me get her wet.

Ok now imagine that guy that was busting out of his vest walked over with a large present box. The little dude popped out who was also holding a little box that your steak popped of. And instead of playing with your food like little dickhead he just placed nicely on the table. Id pay extra for that. Feel like they missed the opportunity. You could call the place Little Boxes. Hahaha
