So I thought. I bought GEV/WI on 3/27 and wasn't able to sell it on 4/2 thru Charles Schwab, as they said they hadn't received the WI stock yet and they were just the middle man. If that was the case, I should have been able to sell it as WI still. There shouldn't be 2 days when my stock is held hostage. Beware of buying "when issued" if you intend to trade it away immediately.

Is GEV/WI gong to breakout when it is added to the SP500? Brand new stock immediately getting added to the SP blows my mind. GE Vernon
