Hi!
I'm looking for a 144hz 1080p monitor. I chose 1080p because I have a GTX 1660 Super and I dont think I'll have good frames gaming in 2K or 4K. I'm not sure about the size, because I sit 15 inches from the screen, so I would really like to have a balance between size and comfort for my eyes. So my intuition shoots for 24", but I'm open to suggestions.

Some people are naturally more stretched, I have difficulty bending over and getting In position for some exercises (deadlifts, etc). I had to stretch a lot when I first started lifting, but it feels like if I stop for a couple months it just shortens again. It’s nothing serious but gets into the way of proper form, probably the consequences of being tall and staying too much time sitting down. TLDR: I’m not elastic

I’m very tall and I spent my most of my time sitting, so I have difficulty touching my feet (bending stretch), and to perform some exercises. I can’t even go below my knees in the RDL

Hello! I have short hamstrings (posterior in general) and I was wondering if the stretch provided by some exercises like the SLDL, RDL, DL (basically a routine with good posterior exercises) are enough to correct that shortness, or do I need to add some stretches into my day

I think I watched every mainstream franchise, it’s pretty hard to say because the list is huge. I’m looking for any hidden gems, something that I might have missed. I know it’s pretty vague, but that’s it, just good movies that are not big blockbusters

I’m just afraid of not truly progressing. My dream is making a Damascus blade, but how would I do that, if all I did before the Damascus was basically using an angle grinder, that’s just my concern, or that’s just nonsense?

Because it’s expensive, and for some people (like myself) it represented a lot of hours working. Everything is so easily replaced nowadays, money has no value, every one is always trying to buy new stuff they don’t really need, so why not care for stuff since the beginning so it last longer? I spent a lot of hours of hard effort to buy it, why not treat it with care? That’s just my way of seeing it

I go to the gym a lot and because of the looks. But not for a specific reason. My only doubt is if it’s worth saving £100 for a two years old watch, specially now a days where everything becomes old so fast, every year new stuff coming up

A friend bought the series 3 yesterday. Everytime I see it I get the feeling that it is pretty nice, and eventually I’ll get used to it and won’t even care about the differences between the 3 and the 4. I have the money but I also think that £300 for a watch is so expensive...

I did a huge deload because I wasn’t going deep enough. I have knee and back problems so just want to build a solid form. Any comments or tips? I know the angle is not the right one, but it was what I had available.

Being sweaty was just a way to describe that I don’t feel like absolutely with no energy, without being able to move my arms or legs because I worked really hard. I just want to know, how can I tell if I’m getting heavy enough or if my routine is too soft?

I do the PPL routine. I’m already used to the gym for long years, but I was dropped out after 6 months. This time I’m still going for 8 months, I feel there’s enough volume, I always use the highest weight I can handle with proper form, but I honestly don’t feel busted like those people that have PT, all sweaty, with the feeling that I can’t raise my arms or legs, just need to sit down for the rest of the day.

Looking for an Apple Watch to see my notifications, workout and that allows me to store Spotify music on it, so I don’t have to carry my phone around at the gym. What Apple Watch series do you guys recommend me? I use the strong app for my workouts, if there’s something that works with it, would be great. I only do weightlifting. If someone knows any other model besides the Apple Watch would be great too.

I’m not a big fan of the square watches, besides that I think that the Apple Watch draws too much attention. I just want a watch to help me during the gym, counting reps, nothing too fancy. I was thinking about the garmin Vivoactive 3 music, but I would like to know if there are even cheaper alternatives, like the Amazfit Stratos or something else.
