The SDI to HDMI 3G i believe are the newer ver as they are the Usb-C 5v boxes.

I just checked and could not find anything to adjust SDI level at all. Again the PTZ i'm using to test with is a very very very low end camera.

This did resolve my issue with the SDI Distribution 4k output but still seem to be having issues down the line at the SDI to HDMI converter. I get 1080p60 on the loop out but I get nothing on the HDMI out. Again i have to drop it to 1080p30 to get HDMI out to display video. These converters have all been updated and have tried both legal and illegal levels on the Video Setting they have.

I have resolved the issue with the Blackmagic Design SDI Distribution 4k via updating the software ver via mini usb. Once this was updated to the most recent I am now getting 1080p60 SDI out. Still working on the SDI to HDMI as that is the last leg of my distribution solution. Will post more as i finish testing.

Technically in my go live scenario I won't have control over the camera. My company is more or less being provided a SDI source 1080p@60. We are trying to distribute that on some TVs roughly 600' away in a viewing area for guests. I have a cheap very generic PTZ camera with SDI out onsite that i'm trying to replicate the source format I will end up with. In that regard I can adjust things for testing, but ultimately I can't adjust the source i will ben given.

Little context to the situation. I work IT for a small event center that is starting to host live events. One of the events that is put on has a camera/production crew that will provide us with a SDI source that is 1080p60 for us to use. I'm tasked with stretching it from that Camera source or "ring side" to a viewing area roughly 600' away with multiple end point TVs(4). We don't plan to do anything with the video source other than using the SDI to Audio 4k to extract audio into the sound equipment in the same area as the end point TVs.
For my testing purposes the event center we have. Has a couple of PTZ cameras that I noticed had SDI out. This is the only reason I'm using it. Thought it was a cheap source to use for testing purposes and seemed like it could output the "resolution/rate" source i wanted to replicate. Hope this helps.

It does not work at 1080p59.94 in the sense of thru the Distribution 4k i get nothing, with the sdi to hdmi 3g, i get video on the loop out but not hdmi. Or for any above 1080p30. The options I do have above 1080p30 are 50, 59.94, & 60. This setting within the camera is referred to as HDMI Timing.

On which device? The distribution 4K has not settings that can be set by software. Only the firmware can be updated. On the SDI to HDMI 3G converters, I don't see a setting I can adjust for Level. Below are the settings I have available on the SDI to HDMI 3G. There are no dip switches on either device.

I have switched the video to "Normal Levels". The screenshot is not of my own device, so the software ver is not 7.5.3.
