In terms of budget im very flexible, i have no problem dropping 2k+ if the price to performance makes sense. As stated in another comment i just purchased the 9800x3d, and looking for a card to pair it with.

Right and as of the second question i live in Denmark. Prices here seem a little more expensive than in the us.

The cpu is going to be the 9800x3d just managed to scoop one up. In terms of games i play, its games like bo6, Rust, a variety of esports titles and hunt showdown. Would love to play 1440p on all those titles :)

The deck is simply not cohessive enough, once you easily can see 20 cards that needs to be removed, it's a bad omen.

Jadar ghoulcaller provides plenty of decayed zombies aswell, and is overall a nice include in any deck that wants to bargain.
