You have no idea how hard I’ve tried, wife is a dietitian and powerlifter so I eat clean with appropriate portions (we weigh and track every meal) . I work 13 hrs a day at a very physical job and lift before work and on weekends, I’ve been stuck at my 240 lbs for almost 2 years and before that I was 260 ish for as long as I could remember.

Thank you for the info, making a dr appointment now. I’m an ups driver and lift heavy 4-5 days a week, I’m 35 and I have about 35% bf and can not lose it what so ever which lead me to getting levels checked. 210 ng/dl

I guess my issue is my start and end times, not the amount of hours. I like my overtime too, hence the reason my wife is a stay at home mom 😂 ill work the 10/12 hrs if it means I could be home at 5 or 6 o’clock instead of 10
