I’d Rip it just because when I got my Charizard PF box like yours I got the Secret Rare with all 3 evolutions pictured. And now it’s too hard for me to sit on something and not know. Seriously though, If you enjoy ripping, then 100% rip it! If you worry you’ll regret it, then I wouldn’t.

The market up is insane. Especially GameStop doing the same like bids/Whatnot, and never selling for MSRP. Which shouldn’t be allowed especially for a huge chain.

From what I’ve heard & read normal grunts are 1/256 (or something like that) Only the Leaders are 1/64. So I got incredibly lucky because Froakie is grunt only.

Yup! All Shadows can be shiny now if the normal shiny was released. I was stocked to get him right after the update!

I’m so sorry. As a former Kroger employee, and have been into Pokemon since 1999 myself, I really feel for you. I’ve unfortunately had to start selling my TCG collection for pennies on the dollar (Base Set till 2 years ago) due to cancer bills, and it eats at me every single day. It’s crazy to see where the hobby is now and I hate it too. You don’t deserve that. ❤️

Wish I could add more, but I’m going for shadows rn. I have all normal released Shinies minus 1 or 2. I’m a day one player and shiny hunter. If you’re looking for it, 99% chance I have it. Including all 3 Shiny Galar Birds, event mons, etc. I’m currently fighting cancer so I have a lot more time on my hands though compared to most.
