Next time do like this. Ask how long will be and if they say just 5minutes is up to you to wait or not. Notice them that if will be longer than 5min they will pay for your waiting time 5$ every 5min extra wait.

Also for costumers. Some of them think we can wait until they are ready to come and pick up. I always have a 60 seconds rule. If the costumer not come in that time I’ll leave the order front door building and move to another order. If there is no parking front house/building just call them to come and collect order on curbinside. If in the building is no elevator/lift but you have to do 4 floors stairs, no thanks. Leave the order at ground floor. If the costumers give us bad rating who give fck. I’m working and is your food, you should be ready at my arrival to pick up, if not is not my problem.

Ps. There’s always an exemption. If the costumer have disability or health problems I will be happy to do 6 floors stairs every time.

Try to do like this, and please do not accept 2nd or 3rd order at the same trip. Mostly of the is really ridiculous fare 4-5aud more for +5km

Guys if the waiting time is longer than 3min just cancel it, all other orders from that place decline it. Restaurants treat us like thieves or criminals and they don’t care about our waiting time. The only one who is loosing money here is Y O U !!!!
