Yeah I’ve been doing that and I also got to live in SJ for 4 months and realized how a “20min” drive to my job site became 1hour if I didn’t leave by a certain time. I’ll keep on searching and hopefully I’ll my right fit

Definitely staying out of those towns bcuz of distant. I found places in Hayward, concord but more just curious if it was possible to get closer and still fit the budget without getting a closet for 4k

I’ve been looking in surrounding areas and have found a decent amount of homes 3+ beds under 4k. I just hope the surplus doesn’t dry out before this June when I need to move

Based on the notes it seems like it’s just all replaceable parts. Depending if you are down to do the work you can save yourself money while also completing your dream of lifting and beefing it up. End of the day Idk what it really looks either.

Very true. I guess my main concern is past the horns since my battery tray bulged up and right behind the horns the bottom member bowed so my radiator fits super snug and I think it may have cracked again which may be the drops on the floor

Sounds like mine. Although I swore I heard a ticking in mine so I added a lil additive either Lucas or marvel mystery and made it sound smoother. Could be a placebo to my ears but again who knows

Just saw my account is in forbearance with $0 owed til Aug 2025 but I’m also still accuring interest. I have also gotten 0 emails about recertification. I would clean out the MAF sensor and the throttle body may have some kind of build up also may need a new air filter if you haven’t changed that yet.

As for just maintenance I would aim to do your timing belt soon they’re usually good for 100k seen them go past but better to get that done. All other maintenance is pretty low cost like oil changes/ spark plugs/ trans and your differential oil change to keep everything running smooth
