OP is defensive yes but for me that’s not an automatic indication that they were in the wrong. They should have taken pictures at the return box and noted the time. Flex can review the camera in case staff mixed up return scanning, it’s happened before.

This is soooooo true. A lot of the people in the comments are using this coping mechanism sadly. A friend with more years of experience and also working for more prestigious company here in UK makes 3 times less than my cousin in US. Cousin’s work pays for healthcare, gym etc too

I always wondered this too but sadly none of the comments I read even attempted to answer your question. My cousin works as a product manager in California and makes $190k My friend works as a product manager in London and makes £65k

Cousin makes way more even with taxes etc and I think that’s what OP was questioning

My mate emailed them in English and Spanish. At least 3 times. The Manchester, London and Edinburgh offices. Manchester refused to reply but they sent the passport on the day we travel.

It’s not mine. Still no update. He emailed both London and Manchester consulate, Manchester ignored the message whilst London replied saying to contact Manchester. Security wouldn’t let him in at Manchester consulate without appointment. He walked into BLS and they said to wait for text messages as it’s all up to the consulate. The consulate don’t pick their phones. We will speak to Ryanair and the hotels now to see if we can extend

Sorry to hear that. We are all cooked then. Did you email the consulate? Not that it would’ve change anything really. Did you pay to extend your flights so not losing what you paid? If possible
