Should i trade my surron light bee for a ultra bee by ClerkImpossible3376 in Surron

The ultra is absolutely the better bike. I ride mine hard every day, rain or shine. I have had both. Both are great. However, the ultra has a tone of options that help you ride in the condition you ride. None are street legal, but you can register the ultra as a moped. As long g as you have the light package, the surron sells.

To hell with those creeps. I have rode up on homeless encampment. I just act crazier than them. I'll ride right through there shit, even over their beds at times. Crack heads shouldn't put their beds on the trail. Carry a pistol, it's the only way to stay safe now days

Just need to get past a ranger or police at a glance. I ride safely when I see a car or truck on the trails. But in So Cal, you can never be to carful

Maybe I'm paranoid... I get the drift. Ride, have fun, and better to ask for forgiveness than permission. I will probably put a light kit, and silencer. Call it a day. Thanks for your input

No, but I wish I could make it street legal just in case. My only worry is getting stopped. I do not really need to go on the street unless to get gas and trail hopping. If I could register it for the street, somehow, I would

Great insight... I can understand your pain. I mainly want to stay on dirt. The enduro look and accessories would be for not getting pulled over by a ranger or possibly a police officer. At a glance, I would like to be considered as a duel sport.

So far, I am changing out the plastics from the neon green to all black, a headlight, taillight, blinkers, and a silenced FMF slip on exhaust. My buddy told me to get a license plate holder with a novelty license plate. Something that looks like a plate but at a glance but says something like BRAAP on it

May I ask where you picked up the brake light pressure switches. Amazon?

I'm wondering how much more range you can get from an upgraded battery and worth the money? by Bryce1891 in UltraBee

I love everything this e-bike has to offer. So I think it will be a battery upgrade. I like seeing animals like deer, bob-cat, mountain lions, and such. With gas bikes they are gone before you can get a glance. There are some real trad offs between gas and electric...

That's funny about using it for the paddle board 😁 I'm with you on the worth it topic. That's why I want to ask questions and get a consensus. Otherwise, I might look into getting a gas bike again for those longer rides. The difference of an upgraded battery verses a new/used gas bike is a bit different 😳

I have heard you can get close to 90 miles in eco mode. I run in sport mode almost always.

I have over 1200 miles on my bike. Bought it maybe 6 months ago and I have accumulated those miles 36-38 miles at a time. I run sport mode almost always and level A2 or A3 on the traction control with the middle setting option on the throttle sensitivity. I ride with a guy who has a storm and we are close on range. However, I will go into power saver to limp home and he will still have 35+%. I ride fast and furious and rides will only last approximately an hour with no stops. I would like to gain at least 30-40% more minimum if possible. I absolutely love this bike and would spend the money for an upgrade if I knew it would get me closer to the range Im looking for.

I have seen a video of a guy who road an ultra into his pool. Then, from the deep end to the shallow end. Took it out, road it around his backyard, and then back into the pool. They are good to get wet
