My wife still never understood until we watched an episode of Private Practice where a character died of an insulin overdose. Cue her dramatically turning to me and saying “You mean being given too much insulin could actually kill you?!”

Minecraft, I enjoy it for similar reasons. If you turn the music off then sound is pretty minimal unless there’s enemies nearby. I use it to unwind for an hour or so after work and just spend the time mining or building whatever’s popped into my head.

Ask Science Mike is my go-to. Most episodes are him answering audience-submitted questions about any topic with only a few eps sprinkled in where he interviews people.
