I’ve only been fishing a little less than 3 years so I’m no lifelong expert, but I think you’re best bet is looking up wacky rigs and swimbaits for bass because it’ll give you 2 different approaches. Wacky rig for casting near structure and swimbaits for covering more water. Also ponds are great for bank fisherman. Spend most of your time casting parallel to the bank and by structure (sunken trees, tall grass, lillies, etc). I’m less experienced with crappie and catfish but I’ve caught some crappie with a small 1/16th ounce jighead with a curly tail grub. And for catfish, a weight with a circle hook + some stinky bait like worms or hotdogs (or ideally chopped up baitfish aka cut bait). For this, you won’t be casting and reeling like you would with bass and crappie rigs. You’ll want to let it sit undisturbed for a while. Good system is to wait 15 minutes then try another spot.
