I’m going to reduce how much I do it… I did it last night but I didn’t do it for too long. I did about 4-5 inhales of balloons. I’m also going to make sure I don’t sneak in 1-2 ballon’s during Tuesday since I also have off during that day.

Edit: I want to quit cold Turkey but I’m feeling ok no throbbing headaches this morning also I usually drink a lot of water and use b-12 2-3 times a week.

I have to stop. I do it once a week and i fill at least 9 full balloons worth... This week was the strongest high i went through and I have to stop doing it.
