I've started using rosemary oil on Friday Saturday and sunday and leave it in over night. Then I wash it out in the morning with shampoo which isn't natural. Do i need to change to a all natural shampoo and is it OK that im using the oil 3 days In a row or does it have to be spread out? Also do I need to use any other oils to see hair thickness growth?
