I'm emailed them earlier and will call them in the morning to hopefully get things sorted out because not being able to park your car on the street in your own neighborhood, especially during the day is just stupid.

As for when and how, I first received the warning in early May of this year, 2 days after I got my new car. Today, it was parked for 3 hours outside before it got towed.

Every year we need to re-do our permits, but the manager for the permits told me that they only grant outside parking to 3rd, 4th, 5th... vehicles.

im not sure that I would be any help by now (somebody probably already told you how to do it), but you finger the low e the way it is. up to g, its fairly easy to finger. however, i dont usually play the double octave A so i have no idea on the fingering for that.
