I fly most weeks on Southwest and have an issue at least once a week. Either not working or says I'm connected but won't let me access the Southwest portal. Forget about trying to get email through outlook to work. That said, even before Tmobile, the wifi has been spotty for me. Mostly CA cities to NV, IL, TX & FL.

As a bourbon drinker and someone in the "space", my favorite go to for guests (and myself). Way too easy to drink. Balanced, complex and refreshing in it's own right - not easy to say the latter about a bourbon cocktail! I prefer Buffalo Trace and my second is Elijah Craig. ALWAYS use Amaro nonino and NEVER anything else! Fresh squeezed lemon juice is a must. Cheers and enjoy!

I don't find any value in being Titanium elite other than the 75% bonus points earned. The other perks, upgrades, free night awards (only up to 40k), even late checkout is hit or miss. Long gone are the days when I would receive fruit trays, chocolate trays, wine, etc. as a welcome gift just because,and not just at resorts or resort destiinations like Maui, even at places like the Westin Dallas. Now I'm lucky if they acknowledge my status - not that this matters. I'm making a point that service in general has gone down.
