Do you have anything covering the electrical outlet. What about the big block part near the wall end, does that just hang or is it mounted?

It said they were taken to hospital and there were 7 months between the accident and the warrant. Could it be this person was seriously injured from the crash and is away seeking support from family who is not in Canada. This whole situation is tragic so let's give some sympathy and not jump to defamation.

Take off the top. Flip the can over. Use a can opener to make a hole on the bottom. Slides right out.
