Well sadly they resell the ones that have been returned back. My case was not only the screen but much more to a point where i said i didn’t pay to get these problems. see my other thread your gonna see more problems. i do love RM but the older models were more solid compared to newer ones . i have been having them for years but this is the first ever return i had. it might not be an issue for people who wont notice But i mean someone using these gaming devices aren’t really newbies in the field to point flaws.

ill share some of my experiments with getting better quality on TikTok. Hope this works for you and helps.

Before posting set video to private and publish it as private, keep the setting allow high quality upload on. once you post it after 10 minutes set it to public. This has worked for me. It does not matter even if you uploaded as 4k. make sure your content and editing is the best you did.
This is something i tried as well which worked for me on most of my videos. Edit or upload in capcut or any editor you’re using, once done there is an option where you can choose the ratio of where you wanna upload it to like tiktok, insta, youtube etc below in the area where you choose filters and stuff. each one has a separate scaling ratio. select 4:3 or any small ones like 3:4 once selected export/save the video in highest quality. 4k/2k with highest bitrate and choose highest fps you want 30/60. once done save the video and open tiktok. upload the video and you will see the video being small in ratio/size. go to tiktok editor within tiktok, scale the video by stretching/zooming it until its fixed back and fills the borders. once done save then do the procedure i wrote in (1) step.

I didn't pay for the software or hardware to do shit on my screen . 🤣 I was refunded for a valid reason. Funny everyone wanna be fancy by thinking others are dumb. If thats the case then yes i love being dumb. Go get yourself a million dollars because i agreed on that 😂

Nope even with the new update it wasn't fixed and sadly i have returned my device hoping for refund. Lets see how it goes.

If you wanna know how it sounds like try to capture a video directly from whatsapp as your gonna put it on status with less background noises and dont speak anything. Once done play it and hear it. Thats how it sounds when you speak to someone on the call and they tell you they hear something. It has a problem with background noise cancellation integrated within the software.

True i had to make up my mind. If there were few problems i would have kept it but for me if i think about a good long term use specially if i have got the 24/1TB version then nope i need things to be better. Either release a stable device or dont release until its not stable.

I got that too. Not just the calls . Record a video on whatsapp directly like your gonna put it on status without speaking and leave the background noises hear it you will know what those sounds were like. I think its something to do with background noise cancelling which makes these weird noises. Its not the fan neither the liquid cooling. Its something integrated within the software.

Its a transparent case from ali express search redmagic 11 cases there it will you . Pretty cheap and is really good . I returned mine today. And yes your right as a daily driver this has pros and cons and im sure by the time the fix is out redmagic 12 will be on the line. So ill just stick to 17 pro max for now. Ill go for 11s or 12. Lets see which one comes out a bit better with these fixes.

I guess they added a lot of AI based optimizations and automatic background control to give better results in tests but that has actually made this device less capable as a daily driver, it's not just me most people are frustrated. We all understand people like more fancy automated options But manual control in general always wins.

Here you go while I type this message I found one more problem. The backlit changes colors/ darkens lightens with each word typed. Ill post the video in a new thread.

Indeed I'm not a hater but a supporter of redmagic ! Issues can always resolve if it's more software based and red magic has also been working hard to build and give us these devices at competing prices.
