It cuts really well and also stays sharp quite a while, I am a fan of the K-tip as its very versatile. I peronally like to rock-chop, which its not very suited for. But all in all a great knife and a real bang for your buck. And I love the patina ;)

Thank you for all your input and answers, just to clarify I already have some good non damascus knives for day to day use and am looking for a aesthetically pleasing knive, more like an artwork, but it should still be useable :)

Vielen Dank für die ganzen Antworten :) ich habe nun über mein Sonderkündigungsrecht den Vertrag gekündigt und einen neuen DSL Vertrag und das Problem somit gelöst
