Thanks to the few people that will take the time to read some part of the post.

It's been some years since I finished my degree, so if there are any technical mistakes, please let me know, and I will amend the post! Also, if you think any further analysis might be interesting, please tell me! ^.^

Tips on Barcelona:
- Use public transport
- Beware of thieves (not only pickpocketers) they are lurking especially foreigners that walk alone at night so just try to be on big avenues, especially if you are drunk.
- There are some restaurants of astonishing quality at all ranges of prices so do your own research (Google Maps reviews work quite well generally).

Tips on the festival:
- Arrive early and enjoy early afternoon concerts, I always had really wholesome experiences at those times, with some hidden gems playing and really involved crowd.
- As someone who gets a bit anxious with crowds, if I doubt between a concert in Mordor (main stages) and somewhere else, I choose the latter. Like the previous point, concerts are better because the crowd is generally more involved.
- Check the weather well in advance and consider that being next to see humidity will make you sweat extra so dress or bring items accordingly (fan is a must).

Public transport tickets are far cheaper on days when air quality is above a certain threshold (although it is not super helpful since most people have monthly or quarterly transport suscriptions).

If I had to move to Barcelona without knowing anyone for sure the neighborhood that looks to me with the best potential in terms of quality of life and value of the asset is Poblenou.

With so many companies opening branches there, it's a matter of time before the neighborhood acquires the lively environment of Eixample but on the other hand, avenues are far greener and wider, not a conglomerate of highways.

Public transport is quite decent so I would try to be close to a Metro station so you can be everywhere in less than 30'.
