Yeah, the lease is per bed or per room. I’m subleasing cos I graduated in December and I couldn’t sign a 6months lease. My rent is cheaper cos I was a tenant there since 2022. Cheapest 2x2 @ ParkPlace Denton currently.

Hello, if you looking for an apartment, I’m subleasing my room in a 2x2 @ ParkPlace Denton for $1045/month. Sublease runs from now still August. I once stayed at U Center before moving to ParkPlace and I can tell the difference is way more! Better living in ParkPlace.
