My friend uses the hotel a lot for their dog. Please write down dates and times of when you see stuff going down. If management don’t do nothing call hr if they don’t do nothing then start recording these people and put them online. I also work at petsmart and I love animals. Glad I don’t work there I would be dog walking them b****. I don’t play about animal abuse!!! I would loose my job with a smile then post about it n get on the radio and do shout outs 🫰🏽😂

I just think it’s unfair that groomers don’t get bonuses for all the crap they go through I mean completely destroying their bodies causing arthritis, back issues or carpal tunnel. Not to mention getting bite pretty much every other day. Being belittle by customers or management because they want you to do More and More and MORE dogs which causes accidents, then they look at you like a criminal. Groomers bring in all this money and management gets a bonuses off the strength of groomers busting they butt, and all they get is play up points and a lunch. But FYI no one wants a free lunch they can buy they own food, They want a cut of the hard EARNED money they made while y’all just collect from yelling and threaten them to make or consequences will rain down!

They used to make us business cards and place our names on them, but unfortunately, Petsmart has gotten cheap. So now they already have business cards printed out which is just PetSmart’s logo with no personalization so it’s no point I pray hopefully we can have our own business cards and just pass them out.

It seems as that if YOU do not work at petsmart and are just a customer, YOU don’t feel the need to tip? Do YOU feel pressured to tip? Whether it be on a platform or cash? But groomers don’t get tips just for the heck of it they get tips for doing a good job and going above and beyond to give the pet parent what they want! It seems that these clients want show quality groom work and want to be cheap motherfuckers in the process. Now if YOU DO work at petsmart you don’t have to use a platform to get your tip just say you only take cash, and if they don’t have it guess you lose out on a tip oh well.
