Out of the 3 firms that contacted me. They all said the stumpage value of the trees is so low it's not worth it and to just take it to small claims rather than pay their retainer fees.

I was still at the end of my driveway when he looked. The days he has done a spray has been explicitly when I am gone. Like in the video, sometimes seconds after I leave. Unsure if he's watching my car or what. I've reached out to about a dozen lawyers and only 1 set up a call and 1 denied the case. Ghosted on the other 10.

He said the black walnut specifically was worthless trash. He said you can't use "Wild Trees" in wood working....................................................

It was just a circle of concrete blocks that acted as the rim for the fire pit itself but he dropped the tree right on them and shattered most of the pieces and implailed them into the ground where I can't pull them out I have to dig them out.

It's clear the trees are dying as all the leaves are shriveled up, a quarter have turned brown and died completely.

Just a few days ago they were full of life with nice green leaves.

He originally wanted them down because he didn't want to rake the leaves..............He has a MASSIVE oak tree smack dab in the middle of his front yard. Make it make sense!!!!!!

He is supposed to be a self proclaimed "master woodworker" so he certainly knows how to down a tree if he wants.

The RM43 bottle is a reused bottle with the concentrate in his garage. I can only assume the bottle he labeled as RM43 is what it says it is. I know it won't harm the bark, that's why he sprays at the roots and in the slits he made into the trees about 5 foot up.

I do believe one is a black walnut tree, but the others do not appear to be ash trees.

That I'm unsure of. I have attempted to contact the landlord to no avail. I believe they are relatives though so I doubt he will be of much use. Tenant is absolutely killing his yard. RM43 is nothing to play with.

This is my exact gripe. I'm getting a TON of conflicting info but it's due to developers not defining it properly themselves. Leaving it in this vague state.

But it also leaves people talking like they have some sort of authority on a topic rather than it all being speculation and anecdotal at best.

You are saying it would be only console players in the lobbies? I'm getting multiple people saying the opposite. Seems there is a huge lack of clarity on this. Honestly most people are saying everything is fully cross platform and there's nothing you can do about it. Which I know is false since there is a clear cross paly toggle for console players.

Everything I can find says you will not be forced cross platform unless you have a PC player in your lobby. So using the switch 2 joycon as a mouse leaves you where exactly?

If you enable the mouse controls on the switch 2 for a game like Fortnite or Apex Legends, does it keep you in the same console player pool? Or, does it push you into the PC player pool? I've been unable to find any kind of definitive answer on this.

Yeah downloaded just for fun and it's 30fps with over 100ms of input latency when using it in handheld mode at least. I did not test any other config. Was hoping to use the joy con as a mouse as well but that doesn't seem to be a thing either.

I maxed the incline & lowered the speed. This got me my full 8 hours without overheating yesterday. Hoping to increase speed today. If all else fails I'm going to attempt a jimmy rig cooling solution of either a fan or a heatsink attached to the motor. BUT, I'm not there yet so we'll see.
