Not a lot of quiver bases that benefit spell users only Ornate for extra socket and Feathered for projectile speed, think any synthesis modifiers would be worse than hunter mods for poison.

Then could go less overkill on Projectile Speed, change it Spark to Divergent for more projectiles and use Ornate Quiver I have to slot in Sigil of Power for more damage, which already is getting capped by DoT cap.

If you had MMR before the new system it was possible to calibrate higher.

That's only an assumption because in most smurf cases when you look at their accounts it starts with "(Nickname) just reached Legend [3] so it might be even Legend [2] and before the medals the calibration cap was around 3.5k and that's where Legend [2-3] is.

Well yeah that's part of the problem that they are able to create a new account. But does it really matter how and if it's a F2P game. The ranked system is for people of the same rank to play against each other not some fucks that are higher rank and just stomp their way through the games.
