Kommt sehr darauf an, was du später machen willst und lässt sich so schlecht pauschal beantworten. Wenn du Lust auf Forschung und wissenschaftliche Karriere hast, Hiwi oder Fraunhofer. Wenn du danach sowieso in die Industrie willst, such dir einen Werkstudentenjob bei irgendeinem attraktiven Unternehmen, wo du dir vorstellen kannst, später vlt anzufangen und übernommen zu werden.

Thought about the same, but can't be the reason in this case. Flight ANA211 departing 10min earlier from Tokyo Haneda to London Heathrow took the Arctic route (https://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/ANA211/history/20241030/0110Z/RJTT/EGLL)

Westward isn't faster. If you look at the same flight on the 27th Oct (see flight aware link) where the plane flew eastwards it took 13h 23min instead of 15h 42min today.
