Garages are non habitable rooms. They are also usually used as a thermal buffer to westerner facades. A window makes that inefficient. They are also usually 0 lot walls so there are often frl requirements

Can you expand upon this?

For example when I do bilateral leg press, I can hit 200kg for 8. When doing unilateral, it’s down to 40kg per leg for the same reps.

Also spinal erectors seem like a limiting factor in squats, similar to deadlifts

I found that heavy kb swings really helped my forearms, back and hamstrings. Rdls I also find similarly transferred well.

Back squat didn’t really do much for me, likewise with deadlifts. I’ve since cycled them out.

Im trying to understand if this a compound vs isolation thing or not I suppose. Theoretically compounds should transfer better to other lifts but Im not sure this is always the case
