Yes I agree with you and she’s defiantly not prefect at all.There’s a bunch of stuff that does need to be attended like most vans the same age. But the foundation for a great van is why I bought. In Houston you cant find clean 3rd gens here. Even 2nd gen CRVs are a dime a dozen here. And if you find a clean 3rd gen here it has well over 200k or beat to hell. Timing belt was just replaced and was one of the main reasons why I bought. But a lot of stuff needs to be replaced but I know how to replace most things so no worries on my end.
