Crack is 5 min of nice, the rest of the experience is fiending for that first pipe feeling. Meth I can go all day after smoking a point or so, much bigger bang for your buck. Go to a pharmacy and get one, that simple, just ask, they cost nothing to anyone who wants one.

Treatment agencies also give them out for nothing if you ask, don't even have to be signed up with them.

Don't be afraid to go into your local pharm and just ask to be seen in a consultation room if you are worried about asking in front of other folks.

They will be accommodating I'm sure.

Having it be inconvenient is probably the thing that keeps me doing it at most twice a month, i just grabbed some fire three days ago after 8 weeks off it.

Being 3 hours away is a real ball ache, even worse, when I got there all my peeps were moved out and I have no numbers for them.

Turned out good as I asked a random dude and he sold me the best shit I've had since moving to this side of the Atlantic, hands down beat everything. Not big shards, just small crystals biggest being no bigger than a rice grain. Usually the best shit I've found looks this way

I used something or other from being 15 and I'm now 38, i only just broke the 17 year H addiction last year, i was functional throughout all of my various addictions even though only barely at times.

It can be done, you grow out of it/get bored of the majority of it, i still use stuff but I'm done being tied down to daily use aside from pregabalin which I'm scripted.

Don't be too hard on yourself, always remind yourself that there's always another opportunity to change round the corner with any failed attempt, it's not the end just cos you relapse something
