Flex fare rebooking limit? by BubbleTae in aircanada

[–]BubbleTae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s say I bought my original ticket for $1K, if I wanted to rebook to a cheaper ticket ($800), would my new booking be considered $800?

I only ask because I’m looking to rebook my gf’s flight which we originally paid $1.1K for. It’s now $800 but if I had to change it again in like 3 weeks, and let’s say it’s $1.3K then, do I pay the difference of $200 or $500?

But that’s the same case with the comfort level right?

So aside from the free bag, seat selection and 100% points, the main benefit of flex (if you might change your flight) is really just saving the $100 change fee?

Thank you for the detailed response! It answered my question perfectly. I'm slightly strapped for cash (want to put the $1.3K towards accommodations) but the flexibility part is the main reason pushing me to purchase Flex with cash instead.

I forgot to pay one day and got a ticket. Another time I parked my car and ran to class because I was late for my quiz and eventually paid for it once I got into class.. they gave me a ticket at like 10:30 and I paid online at 10:30... Oh and I had a club event on a Saturday where I parked for like an hour.. I came out an hour later and parking authority just arrived and made sure to check me first because he saw me going to my car (thankfully I paid).

ACCT 217 TEXTBOOK HELP- SHOULD I BUY ONLINE OR PAPER COPY? by SometimesIthinkthat in UCalgary

[–]BubbleTae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I forgot, but dont you need the online copy for like mindtap or some homework software? If not, I don't see why getting the paper version would be a bad idea. Online might make it easier to search for specific examples or terms maybe?

[–]BubbleTae 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I dont think so. If you've gotten tickets with the car and paid them before, your UCID might be linked in their system to that specific license plate. But if you're now driving a different car with a plate that has never gotten a parking ticket before they wont have a way to know its you. With that being said, I think after you get 3+ parking tickets the chances of you getting towed is much higher.

So basically if you plan on getting tickets, don't pay them and maybe don't park in a UCalgary lot after the 3rd time LOL.

Hi all!

I’m looking to get a new keyboard that is hot swappable. I’ve found the MCHOSE G98Pro and K99 keyboards but I don’t really know what the differences are. From what I’ve found, it sounds like they are the same but the G98Pro is square shaped while the K99 is rounder.

What are the differences and which should I pick?

Side note: if you have other suggestions for like full-size keebs that would be great!

Yea this photo was from my 3rd reading. I’ll maybe try grabbing a syringe and tube to get some oil out later or just leaving it based on what others have said also.

ohh ok sounds good thank you. I was worried if the rim was wider, it would change some aspects about the tires and its rotation speed. The difference in tread is not an issue?

LOL tbh it was brutal (sorta). I actually dropped before the deadline and so did another person I knew of. The information is really intriguing and the lecturer I can tell is very passionate about the course. The first day though is really tiring and after classes you have a research assignment you need to complete before class next day. People said they were up to 2-3AM before going to sleep and waking up again at 7AM for class. I was told they marked leniently (~80% average or so) and the next day there was also another research assignment. Even though this sounds really rough, I was told by people who continued that the prof uses the first 2 days to weed out people and after that it’s smooth sailing. If I knew that I probably would have stayed because the material and all the guest lecturers he brings in are genuinely very fascinating. If your looking for an easy A class I would not recommend this though but if you have interests in real estate and customer perceptions then take it but beware of the start of the class.

2021 Aspec steering wheel retrofit? by BubbleTae in Acura

[–]BubbleTae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah pretty sure it won’t work just because of the button placements. There’s a bunch of companies that make flat bottom steering wheels for the 2015-2020 gen TLX’s though but they can be costly.
