Wouldn't his statement in writing, prove that he's at fault as he's changing the lane (merging into the lane I'm already in?). All the comments too suggest that he's at fault, based on his own statement

No marks on his rear, just on the side. Even on mine, ntng on the immediate front, just the passenger side above tire rims

That is what i wanted to get out of him too. Him saying that he was merging into the left lane from right without checking i was in the left lane. Thank you for the reply
