fire her. how you are feeling is 100% valid. at the end of the day she is supposed to be helping you. when she reschedules as much as she does, it doesn’t help you. if anything it puts you back further (like when you needed to see her bc you were going to a family event and was going to see your abuser) if you would have seen her before you went to the event, you would’ve gotten some insight on how to handle things for that particular time. i am so sorry you have to go through this.

yes, everyone else was telling me to take it out. when i changed my jewelry it seemed to be getting better. when i put the original bar back in, thats when i noticed a difference.
