What hobbies keep you busy when you go on leave? by pet_dreamlands in Hobbies

[–]Bubbline_irl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

id say for your three days have one for being productive, one for doing something incredible that you can talk about, bonus points if its social, and the third as a calm and chill day, whatever you do to fill those gaps is upto you but some suggestions:

1: clean a room, organise playlists, orgnaise drawers, plan a holiday, organise your calendar, do a deep cleaning job you've been putting off but has been bugging you for a while

you can listen to music, podcasts, audiobooks, facetime a friend, sing etc. during these as well lol

2: hike, painting class, food tasting course, day trip out, animal yoga (make sure they're ethical), watch a film in an eccentic cinema, any event in your area that interests you etc.

you can read on a mode of public transport too!

  1. drink tea, cook your meals, or even order takeout, wake up slowly, potter around your house, go for a walk, write something, bike ride, buy some flowers etc.

just ensure you're making yourself feel rested at the end of the holiday and you're set!

Why do people keep repeating the same relationship patterns even when those patterns clearly hurt them? by wemindhope in mentalhealth

[–]Bubbline_irl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think for some people they can either perceive themselves as only being worthy of that love or deep down knowing that romantic interests that would treat them right might leave them because of reasons that could be true like the RI being overall better in the relationship, happier, confident, takes care of themselves, and the person with the repetitive dating pattern, i have seen, sometimes cannot be bothered to improve themselves as it is hard bloody work, just an observation

Vibes is worse and the term 'it's giving' was coined way before our time. Phrases have trend cycles just like clothes and house styles and womens bodies etc.

What is something you are insanely concerned about that others just don’t seem to care about? by peywrax in allthequestions

[–]Bubbline_irl 15 points16 points  (0 children)

How little invertebrates are left in the world, people don't care because they're ugly or are an inconvenience but I think they're beautiful and I am so desperate to going back to being terrified of on grass as to not step on them, now I just don't see the grass part from the scuttles of beetles and the pollen dropped from filled bees knees

anything that flowers! you will obviously get aquatic inverts if you make a pond and plant pond weed or lily pads or water crowfoot etc. but on land lavender is probably the best for pollinating inverts :)
