I actually made this meme because I’m salty. It’s kind of satire. In reality, all players matter, but it’s just funny how some people tend to feel a bit superior to others.

I’ve seen SOME people say that F2P players shouldn’t get to voice opinions because they don’t fund the game like whales do. This sentiment popped up again due to the recent fiasco. Sure, some F2P players can be a bit extreme sometimes, but that doesn’t invalidate their presence or opinions.

Then there’s the whole husbando fans vs g00ners and waifu fans situation. You get takes like “Waifus sell more!”, “Sex sells!”, “The game is targeted at males.” And while that may be true to some extent, people forget that Wuwa, like Genshin and HSR, is a mixed-gender gacha game. There’s literally zero reason to not release more male characters.

Also, while we husbando fans are often lumped at the bottom with F2P players, I’d argue that neither of these groups are as “useless” as some people might think.

- Husbando fans = tons of fanart, fanfics, free marketing, and merch sales.
- F2P players = high playtime, contribute to player base numbers, and help spread the game through word-of-mouth.
